It needs work but we're off to a good start. My husband and father made the wooden frames together out of the same barn wood we used for the head board! I love waking up to a piece of home in front of me and behind me.

We're going to add barn style lamps with Edison bulbs to the headboard. For now, our room is much cozier just in time for winter!
